David Lee

Managing Director

David is a strategic thinker and highly motivated leader, bringing knowledge of large governmental agencies, building enterprise value, and capital investments. David has held several executive positions at ASRC Federal, Noblis, National Security Partners (NSP), and in 2005, founded LMN Solutions – a $20M+ software development company acquired in 2012. His entrepreneurial spirit and focus on IoT solutions, “authentic/big data” solutions for global technology and cyber challenges bring a wealth of applicable experience to TCB’s Portfolio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, a MS from Johns Hopkins University and completed an Executive program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Management & Leadership.

Dawn Mortimer

Executive Vice President of Strategic Partners

Dawn leads strategic partnerships, driving innovation and creating strategies to penetrate potential new markets. With more than 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dawn has a strong background in leading innovation, strategy, partnerships, digital marketing, IT, claims, agency and product line teams. Dawn has her master’s degree in business administration, is a PMI certified Project Management Professional, has completed her ASAP Certificate of Achievement – Alliance Management and is an HFI Certified Usability Specialist (HFI).

Carolyn McNairy

Vice President of Strategic Partners

Carolyn has over 45 years of experience in the benefit and compliance industry. She is responsible for creating a successful strategic partner plan that leads to a mutually beneficial relationship that wins and grows the business.  Carolyn was once an entrepreneur herself with decades of compliance administration under her belt.  She now is a trusted advisor for legislation and TASC’s Compliance Service Model.  Last but not least, she’s a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga) and remains a Tennessee resident still today.  

Catherine Langridge

Catherine has a passion for keeping the team on track and organized, and believe it or not, she loves reading contracts!  A Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Finance and over 9 years of experience in the financial industry, she’s who keeps us on track in securing the next strategic partnership.
